Tom interviews Betsy Pettit, architect and the president of Building Science Corporaton. Ms Pettit is currently the project manager for Building Science Consortium's Building America project, involving system design for over 2,000 high performance, energy efficient houses nationwide. Pettit has been responsible for the design of numerous communities, developments, and houses, which have standards for resource efficient housing around the country.
